Our founder is Barry Pogorel, a pioneer of breakthrough performance. He and his colleagues helped introduce this approach into the business dialogue 30+ years ago. Barry has led transformational initiatives for some of the world’s leading companies in Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and America. His work transcends both culture and industry since it deals with the physics of human beings working together to produce extraordinary outcomes.

Barry has been a sponsor for many years of organizations dedicated to ending hunger, empowering “youth at risk” (gang members), and bringing about international cooperation.

He is also an accomplished artist, and has exhibited his paintings and sculptures in various museums and galleries, including The Whitney Museum of American Art in New York.

He has several master’s degrees from the University of California and a post-graduate degree from Darden School of Business (University of Virginia).
